Bad Bugs
Anything that breaks scanning, matching, or your data belongs here. Critical bugs jump the queue regardless of votes — voting tells us which of the rest hurt most.
What counts as a bad bug
The scanner misreads or crashes, a match is clearly wrong or missing, your profile or history is lost, the offline database will not load, or anything that makes you stop trusting a result. If it made you put the phone down mid-shop, it belongs in this category.
How voting works
Every verified purchase will issue one Supporter Code. Activate it once in the app, then vote — one vote per issue, enforced at the database level, not by a cookie. Vote counts will be shown once real votes exist; we will never display invented numbers (editorial policy).
