Contact FoodBuddy
FoodBuddy is built by a small team at INSIGHT42 — real people read what comes in. Here’s the fastest way to reach the right one.
Questions, feedback, or a correction
Something on a label that doesn’t match what FoodBuddy shows, a bug, or an idea for what we should build next? Email myinfo@insight42.com — the same inbox we point to from our About page — or add your vote or idea to the feedback board. See Data sources for how our product information is put together in the first place.
Privacy & data requests
For questions about your data, or to exercise a right under GDPR (access, correction, deletion, and the rest), email privacy@insight42.com. Full detail on what we process and why is in our Privacy Notice.

What we can help with
We’re happy to help with how the app or website works, ingredient data, your account, or press and business questions. What we can’t do is give medical advice — whether a food is safe for you, or how to manage an allergy or intolerance, is a question for the label in front of you and a qualified professional, not for an email reply from us.
